- X-rays
- Teeth CleaningThe most common method is dental cleaning. The dentist simply removes the plaque, debris, stains, tartar, and other material in an attempt to restore the natural shade of the tooth. In lots of cases, this is enough and the patient leaves satisfied. Teeth whitening treatments are ideal for people who have healthy, unrestored teeth (no fillings).
- Fluoride Treatment
- Dental SealantsEach insurance provider offers something different regarding coverage. However, most will cover the entire cost of preventative care. Preventative care includes x-rays, cleanings, sealants, and routine exams ― all of which should be done at least two times a year. When insurance companies pay for the entirety of an appointment, you do not pay a deductible, co-pay, or any other out-of-pocket costs.
- FillingsAdvances in modern dental materials and techniques have provided new ways to create more pleasing, natural-looking smiles. As a result, dentists and patients have several choices when it comes to selecting materials used to repair missing, worn, damaged, or decayed teeth. Not only do we use the very most bio-compatible materials available on the market but we also have your aesthetics in mind, so white fillings have become more popular in the last few years than amalgam fillings as they come in custom shades that are non-metallic and look like tooth structure. They look nicer and don’t come with heavy metals like amalgams do. They also require less drilling and removal of tooth structure to be placed. White fillings are made of resin materials that are easier to care for and repair.
- Resin CompositeDental veneers can be made from dental porcelain or from resin composite materials. Porcelain laminate veneers are much harder to stain than composite resin veneers and have light reflection properties similar to those of natural teeth. They consist of thin ceramic layers that replace the enamel layer. They are very strong and will withstand most of the forces placed upon them if you have a normal diet.
- VeneersHe perfect smile you have always dreamed or felt envious of is a few simple steps away. Those who want to correct any teeth imperfections quickly and simply, porcelain veneers are an effective and non-invasive method. Dental veneers require only a few appointments to create your perfect smile. Read more to learn about your options.
- CrownsDuring the first visit, the abutment teeth are prepared. Preparation involves recontouring these teeth by removing a portion of enamel to allow room for a crown to be placed over them. Next, impressions of your teeth are made, which serve as a model from which the bridge, pontic, and crowns will be made by a dental laboratory.
- BridgesDental bridges are a good way to restore your smile and function of your teeth. They ease chewing and speaking. The remaining teeth are also held in place; the bridge will prevent them from drifting out of their positions.
- Dental Bonding
- Root Canal TreatmentRoot canal treatment is necessary when the pulp becomes inflamed or diseased, regardless of the cause. It is used to save a badly damaged tooth.
- Periodontal SurgeryGenerally, the earlier it is spotted, the easier it is to deal with. Easier cases are treated with better oral hygiene and relatively simple dental cleaning and polishing, while for more severe cases periodontal surgery is indicated.
- Deep CleaningPatients who are noted to have periodontal disease will be recommended for a deep cleaning (usually with anesthesia) along with the use of Arestin. Arestin is an antibiotic placed below the gum line and into the pocket to help facilitate healing. In most periodontal disease cases this is enough but we do offer further periodontal procedures if necessary to combat periodontal disease. This includes Emdogain (a bone and tissue growth factor), dental bone grafting, pocket reduction surgery, and crown lengthening procedures. We are also proud to offer Periogen (tartar dissolving oral rinse) which helps minimize tartar buildup between appointments.
- DenturesDentures can vastly improve your smile, ability to eat, talk, and your overall dental health. Dentures are also important to maximize the power of digestion ― making eating simple ― as one’s quality of life is compromised when there is an inability to chew food properly. Not only does one’s chewing ability create potential weight loss problems, but additional health problems are created as well.
- Dental ImplantsIf you are missing one or more teeth getting dental implants is a great way to restore your smile. Most dental implant surgery procedures are performed in the dentist’s office and occasionally in a hospital setting. Local anesthesia is usually adequate for these out-patient procedures but various other forms of patient sedation (such as nitrous oxide, and oral/or intravenous sedation) may also be used. Adjunctive surgical procedures, such as bone augmentation, may be performed as separate procedures or at the same time as implant placement. Each surgical procedure is different depending on the clinical situation as well as the preferences of the patient and dentist/surgeon.
- Oral Surgery
- Tooth ExtractionsUnfortunately, most common preventable cause is severe caries. Extractions are performed when there is no other way of saving a badly damaged tooth. Teeth are sometimes extracted when you’re undergoing teeth straightening procedures to make room for other teeth. Wisdom teeth are often removed because they can get impacted, infected and painful. Fortunately, having a tooth extracted doesn’t spell doom for anyone, as there are very good tooth replacement methods available that will make your smile look all natural! If you need an extraction, your dentist will first numb the area to lessen any discomfort. After the extraction, your dentist will advise you of what post extraction regimen to follow. In most cases a small amount of bleeding is normal. Your mouth will slowly fill in the bone where the tooth root was through the formation of a blood clot.
- Bone Grafting

- Teeth WhiteningThis is done to determine the amount and length of bleaching, as well as to give you, the patient, a realistic picture of what you can expect. Some individuals come for bleaching even if their teeth are white enough and cannot be improved further – a condition termed “bleachorexia”. The procedure doesn’t last too long, within an hour it should be finished and you can enjoy smiling with your pearly white teeth the same day.”
- Cosmetic DentistryTeeth Whitening treatments or bleaching are simple, non-invasive cosmetic dentistry treatments used to change the color of natural tooth enamel and is an ideal way to enhance the beauty of your smile.
