My resent purchase at Mercedes was the most easy and best dealership I ever been too. I never wanted a Mercedes. Until I drove one and all the people who helped me with my sell Jim Chaisson,Tom Judge and Pete Moneo. Because of them I bought the car. Customer service is there #1 priority there.When I'm done with this car I will buy another Mercedes for sure !! Thank you for everything guys !! I love my Mercedes !!!

From beginning to the end the service at Mercedes Benz of Henderson was hands down the best service i've experienced in my 30+ years of purchasing Mercedes Benz!!! First of all Ray Jimenez was so confident, kind and calm! He made me feel very comfortable about the decision that I'd made!! Ray then introduced Michael Kreps!! I was blown away by the knowledge, confidence and honesty these two men had exhibited thus far!! I didn't experience any dramatic running around and stressful decision making!! I have to say that my mom and I were treated like Queens!! This is my first Mercedes, (I am a former BMW and Audi owner) and they exceeded my expectations. I drove away with a beautiful Mercedes SUV with all the features I wanted, at the price I wanted. The salesman, Ray Jimenez was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and accommodating. The finance manager, Pete Moneo, was very organized and it was a breeze to complete the paperwork. For me, this was by far the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience and I highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

Jim I cant express the satisfaction I got when I purchased my slightly used car. I thought it was going to be a hectic long process and in fact it was the complete opposite. Came into Henderson Mercedes Benz to look at a Cadillac CTS-V, I had spoke to Mike over the phone in regards to the car. He said it was there still, and set an appointment to come look at it in person. When I got down it as the car I have been looking for. However I didnt realize how pricey they still are. Unfortunately it was out of my price range. However, he did find a nice 2010 Camaro SS at a price in my range. I ended up test driving it and falling in love. I am so happy that I chose this dealer out of the entire Auto mall. They did great and also received a killer price on the extended warranty. Thanks so much for doing the right thing and not forcing me into something I could not afford. Great team at Mercedes in the Auto mall.

Mercedes Benz of Henderson dealership has been FANTASTIC. I've had my MB for about a year and have never once faced any issues with their service department or parts department. In fact; it's been just the opposite...they go out of their way to make it EASY for me to get my car serviced and have my car back to me as scheduled. The scheduled maintenance intervals aren't cheap; but hey..I knew that when I bought a luxury German car. Give this dealership a visit; you will not be disappointed.

Every aspect of the sales process was beyond perfect from beginning to end. My happiness and satisfaction were the top priorities throughout. Everything was eagerly done to accommodate my slightest wish.

Overall this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle and were impressed. Friendly, not pushy, quick transaction and a great price. Definitely recommend this dealership. However...We did purchase a pre-owned vehicle and was only provided one remote for the vehicle and no owners manual. This type of stuff is common when buying pre-owned "as is". For the remote, we were told and convinced that we may be able to get one with no cost. After 2 weeks of "looking into it" we were told we could purchase one.

Was a great experience from when I walked in the door and was greeted by Drenna. She was a first class sales person and I enjoyed dealing with her. Then on to Pete in finance. Down to earth, friendly and professional. Was a very pleasant experience overall.

It only takes one little thing to make a deal go bad. In our case we did not get to experience that, because our sales man was not only listening, but also taking notes to make sure that he didn't mess up. No pressure at all, not only did he sell me a new 2013 all white Mercedes, but he also didn't skip a beat. I have nothing but great things to say about Mercedes Benz in Henderson Nevada!

The overall experience was excellent. We have come back to Mercedes after some time with Lexus and other brands. In addition, the Costco Auto plan interface was seamless. My last car was a BMW and I loved it. last month I went with a friend to California and we took his car. He owned a Benz. The ride was so smooth and relaxing. There was absolutely no road noise and the car practically drives itself. The gas was even better than mine and took less to fill it up. I just knew I had to get myself one of these cars. When we returned from our trip I went down to Henderson Benz and took home a brand new Benz. Im so happy with my new purchase and wouldnt change it for anything.

Brand new Mercedes, I waited 10 plus years. I was very pleased with there online site. I looked at there entire stock and found the one I wanted. I called set up an appointment and that was all it took. I took it for a drive signed the lease papers and I was gone. I enjoyed it all weekend. This dealership went above and beyond expectation with price and fairness thru my trade price. I skipped the trade in, but purchased the vehicle. Rich Woodford delivered it to me all the way to california personally and took the time to explain the Sprinter throughly . My next car will be purchased from him as well.
