The fund, named in Kay Darlington’s memory, Shea’s grandmother, will empower Nevadans and serve as a critical lifeline for those needing resources like mammograms. Those most in-need – including the uninsured, underinsured and patients under 40 years-old, whose screening and diagnostic mammograms are not covered by insurance – may tap into Kay’s Power Play Fund for financial assistance. Kays Power Play Fund will provide screenings & diagnostics to individuals who reside in Nevada who are uninsured or underinsured. Additionally, all patients will be screened for The Nevada BCCP (Breast & Cervical Cancer Program) eligibility.
