Ideal Services was so helpful in installing a new water heater. From the time of scheduling through the actual service. Dan Yi did an amazing job installing our new water heater. He is friendly, diligent and provided excellent customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I don't want to waste your reading time, so let me highlight this HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING company called "Ideal."
- we reiterate all the 1 and 2 star comments on YELP, TRUE, TRUE, TRUE!
- they NEVER return your calls
- we NEVER spoke to a manager or the owner because "they are always not in"
- we had no AC for THREE WEEKS through 113 and 115 weather
- apparently no one knows how to "take notes" because when we called (almost every day) there were never any notes that "they could see"

I mean the list goes on and on. Save your time, sanity, and dollars. Use a company that cares about the service they are providing. It's definitely NOT Ideal.
