Dr.Grabow is versed in the latest therapy methods and always emphasizes conservative treatment before surgery is considered. You can rest assured, however, that Dr.Grabow is adept at the latest surgical and minimally invasive techniques including complex shoulder replacement, endoscopic carpal tunnel release, and small joint arthroscopy. Additionally he is the only surgeon in Nevada offering the minimally invasive Dupuytren's treatment - Needle Aponeurotomy (also known as Percutaneous Needle Release) and has patients visit from across the country to be treated.
