Not happy so far no heat til Friday if were lucky! They came out said we need a part for the blower. Tech said they would call me to schedule appoint for tomorrow. Did not happen I had to call them to find out they could not get part because of the holiday which I understand but there was plenty of time to get the part when he left my house at 1 pm. We are under a home warranty plan I'm sure that has something to do with the lack of customer service so far. Not a professional company no logo on the p/u truck no uniform or logo shirt. Tech said he was on call only not a reg.

nothing like having no heat for 2 weeks and then they say someone will be out today and still sitting here ALL day waiting

i call them for service they schedule me for the next day from 8-1 the tech was very kind and he fix my heater the same day .

L & S Air Conditioning and Heating, LV, NV sent a guy named Steve to fix a problem with my Air Conditioner. He was earlier than expected, neat, clean and very knowledgable. He explained how my Unit was plumbed so I didn't have to worry there might be water lying in the attic where the unit is located. He did a great job!! It is so hard these days to find someone who cares and you can trust. Thank you Steve and L & S (thru First american home warranty).

Quick, Quality, Honest. Living in Phoenix, AZ, and had our A/C unit go down at 9pm. Couldn't find our warranty info, so we didn't get a service call into First American until 8am. Andy and Kyle were great! They showed up well before the 5 hour window expired (1pm to 6pm, showed up at 3pm) and were very friendly. Asked me a couple of basic questions and went to examine the unit.
