I bought my son an Honda dirt bike 80 a few years ago. The bike ran like a charm. Then traded the bike last year for a CR 125 since day one the bike has been problems every since. It has been in the shop several times. Now the bike is down again and been that way for over a month. By the sounds of the bike and other bike mechanics the bike is seized up and I was told it needs a new motor. He has only ridden the bike a total of approximately 5 hrs since I bought the bike in January. I am very upset about the situation and refuse to pay for a new motor and the bike itself if it doesn't run. I need to speak to the owner to resolve this situation speaking to the associates in Motor Max is not going to work. I have not even been given to opportunity to do so and I want to know why. If I have to take legal action I will because the bike was and is a lemon.
