Overall it's a decent place. The best part is the spacious apartments. The worst part is you have to remind the office and maintenance constantly of repairs needed. Not very thorough either, grout and painting not done well if at all. Also, they never change the furnace filters. I would recommend living here if you are ok doing most of your own repairs.
