Be careful here. What was once a reputable, caring, and concerned family business has now been affected by one of the proprietors, Wanda's, aging. They still keep paper records, which they misplace often, and they pronounce judgment on families, remarking whom they believe should be responsible for paying and whom they expect to see when decisions are made for the deceased. There are too many cooks in the kitchen, as they said, and one doesn't know what the other is doing. So while Wanda is making threatening phone calls suggesting litigation because you haven't paid yet, you are LITERALLY in the other room with Keith setting up a date to pay. For my brother-in-law who passed away suddenly, Wanda felt it necessary to call his teenage son, ex-wife, younger brother, AND father to demand payment, when decisions were actually being made by his grieving fiancee. She might have known that if she had bothered to ask questions or listen to her clients. Asking for help or an apology goes nowhere. In your time of need, I suggest you use Hartnett Funeral Home on Jerusalem Avenue, so you don't suffer grief and heartache on top of your family's loss.

The family is so compassionate and understanding. I was surprised at the high quality of service and the very fair price. We've never been so comfortable making decisions about a funeral. Other places quoted double for the same service.
