Founded in 1978, Hemingway Apparel Manufacturing Inc. produces and manufactures t-shirts, panties as well as outerwear. The firm offers a wide array of products, including women's underwear, t-shirts, sports/sleepwear, along with airline blankets, baby diapers, athletic shorts/tops, lingerie and hosiery. It produces products for manufacturers/retailers such as, Jockey, Sara Lee, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Kellwood, Vanity Fair, Victoria Secrets, JCPenney, and Nieman Marcus, to name a few. Hemingway Apparel Manufacturing Inc. serves as prime/sub contractor for various federal contracts for the Department of Defense through the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia and Homeland Security.
