This HOA is a joke. You file complaints and are told someone will look into them,or someone drives around and issues violations, you report under age tenenats and they tell you that they cant do anything. There are pregnant women, toddlers and they tell you they are probably visiting. Yards are not maintained, painting and roofs are in disrrepair and still nothing is done. Stop paying HOA Fees until something is done.Fight back tenants Of Valle Hermosa

I have lived here for 2yrs. I do not see anyone that enforces the CR&R rules and regulations. I recently called because i have seen under aged renters with teenage kids moving in. When you call the office they tell you that they can not do anything for 60 days. The propaganda paper that can out last month said that homeowners that rent need to provide documentation of the residents living in the home them they lie and say that they are living there. It also states that 2 bedroom homes are to have no more then 3 people living in the homes. They really need to make rounds to the neighborhoods and see for themselfs what is going on in the assocoation. Then they can ask neighbors to file complaints that they can act on. What good is a board that takes HOA fees and then refuses to act on violations.

This is not a "Property Management" company. It is a small homeowner's association for Valle Hermosa Senior (Low Income) community in the city of Hemet, CA. They are an HOA strictly to keep it a 'Senior' community. This community HOA has no common areas, amenities, pools, clubhouse or on-site office. It's association dues are roughly $45 per year. It is currently managed by 5 Board of Directors who are at battle with several City Service agencies. The HOA is currently grossly overfunded inasmuch as the Board refuses to pay necessary legal fees to enforce the CC&R's + Rules and Regs. The prices of these single family homes (duplex - 1 side) ranges from $40k - $70k, with a mean price of $50k. It is overrun with underaged and drug dealers in-that the current Board is more concerned about the community's outward appearance than the crime that takes place within it. I regret that I bought here and suggest you avoid this community at all cost.
