Very good facility. I would highly recommend to any one who needs to be in a facility. Very clean and the staff is fantastic. I have been there 3 times and if needed, I would go there again.

March 2015 horrible experience went to visit someone there. Daughter age 11 sat on a chair that was in patio ( no sign nothing visibly wrong)a staffer brings her to me in front of her -says bleach her clothes she has sat in a chair they intended to disinfect - I said what was my daughter possibly exposed too? The lady said sorry can't tell you & she took off.. I call in another staff person and ask after explaining what happened and she made a face. At which my daughter started to cry & she said she can't say due to laws.. I said SOMEONE better tell me what my daughter was exposed too before I call police and CPS because you people have traumatized her.. A supervisor Vanessa comes started to mention hippa law I said I didn't ask who-- I said I want to know what my daughter was exposed too! She's sitting traumatized for 15 minutes at this point.. Lady wouldn't talk till I said I would call then- so she spoke up and said a persone there who has scabies sat in the chair.. I said I should have been told that in the first place instead if them frightening my child then refusing to say what she was exposed too for 15 min as she sat there crying.. I told her it wa negligence to move the chair to a public axe and leave it with no sign .. Nothing.. My daughter cried all the way home begging to not have to go there to visit again & I will not be going back to visit I let the family members know.. I am calling healt dept. Monday morn ( to file complaint today is Saturday 3/21/15)

My mother in law recently spent 2 months at San Jacinto Healthcare. She has been at several hospitals and rehab centers but by far San Jacinto Healthcare was the best experience during a difficult time. The nursing staff and physical therapy were all very nice and extremely helpful. The dietician personally made a special menu of meals that she was able to eat. And Sandy in the case workers office helped me with all the paperwork for MediCal and any other available assistance programs. A big thank you to all the people at San Jacinto Healthcare!
This facility was formerly Cloverleaf. When looking for a place in Hemet for my elderly mother who needs 24 hr. care, I was told by many to steer clear of Cloverleaf, that it was awful, smelled bad, residents were not cared for. It had a TERRIBLE reputation. I checked it out on a whim. Glad I did! In Dec 2010, Cloverleaf was sold, renamed San Jacinto Healthcare. The new owner is working hard to change its reputation. The facility is being completely refurbished, & there is new staff. Still a bit understaffed, & there are few things that could be improved on, but overall San Jacinto Healthcare is proving itself to be a very good facility indeeed! Not fancy, but clean & smells nice. Mom is cared for. With the remodel, it's beginning to look nice, too! Mom is happy, which is what matters & the food is great! In time, this could be a 4-star plus facility. If you are seeking a place for a loved one, please DO check out San Jacinto Healthcare! It's a good place now & getting even better!
