We have had the pleasure of making ParkPlace Townhomes our home for almost 3 years. We first found this place and fell in love and felt at home after meeting the On-site Manager Theresa and the Maintenance man Ralph. They were polite, on point, and were eager to get us set up and in our home quick. Theresa is on-point and upfront which we like very much because we know she is 100% true to her word and does not bulls**t. We have had and continue to have amazing service from the duo, if we have any issues the moment we talk to Theresa she gets Ralph and he is at our door within 30 min fixing the problem. We've had a share of places that would take up to 2 days for anything to be done. They both provide a safe, clean, friendly environment throughout the years for us, always greeting us, asking how things are and also friendly w/ our children truly truly showing they care. These two wonderful people are the reason we resigned a new lease and continue making it a home. We don't see ourselves ever leaving. Thank you Theresa and Ralph for making us feel so at home.
