We have been a long time residents of Mountain View Park and we are proud to say it is one of the best parks in Hemet. We use the pool, it is heated 6 months out of the year and the spa is available all year around. Personally we do not use the clubhouse after 5.

This park use to be a 5 star park but now because of poor clubhouse funiture and the fact that the pool is only heated 5 mos out of the year the rating has declined....The clubhouse also is locked after 5pm now....

Probably the best mobile home park In HEMET but over the past couple Of years it has declined. The heated outdoor pool use to be on 7 mos out Of the year and now it stays on only 5 mos. The pool is one Of the best exercises For senior citizens but management has taken 2 mos away....Its hard to understand their logic since the pool heater runs on solar heat. The only cost is a small amount Of electricity to run the pump which pumps the heated solar water into the pool. The cost For this is very low....Seniors use the pool every day. Ill bet the owner got income tax credits when he installed the solar heater years ago.....So use it.......
