I had the worst experience at this salon. I went in for a consultation and was told that they were color experts and would be able to achieve the color that I wanted. I was called twice to reschedule, when I finally went in for the service I was introduced to a different hairdresser Christine. Christine did a horrible job frying my hair, it has not stopped falling off since August. Christine was constantly on the phone she rubbed the bleach on my already bleached hair. I wanted a grey color and it did not change in color only in texture I got a burnt synthetic hair that never stop falling off and paid $ 150.00. I am currently suing the hair salon. I do not recommend this salon.
