I called Mike Fowler (the owner) and scheduled a 6pm appointment for him to inspect some termite damage at my rental property. As of 6:01, he had not arrived. I called him to see if he was on his way. He didn’t answer his phone so I left him a voice message and I also texted him. 25 minutes later, he still had not arrived so I called him again – I had to leave another voice message. 10 minutes later, he finally called me back. I asked him where he was and he denied that we had scheduled an appointment. He claimed that he was only going to check if there was someone who could meet me at that time and let me know (although if that were the case, why did he never call me). He told me that if I would call him the next day, he would be happy to schedule a new appointment (yea, like that’s gonna happen).



I really hope nobody supports a business that’s so irresponsible and inconsiderate of its customers. Companies that practice business this way should go out of business. The only way they will is if nobody uses them.
