Took my two kids there ...the Doctor was really thorough she made sure my daughter and baby got the necessary medication and the office manager Nidhi was awesome she helped me with my paperwork and showed concern for both of my kids well being... !!

My husband went there with a tick bite that was red and infected. This urgent care Dr. refused to treat him and sent him to the ER so that he can wait 6-8 hours to be seen. Instead he went to our family Dr who gave antibiotics and sent him home in 15 minutes. When we told our Dr that apple sent us away he said"Mercy, what some people will do to get out of work.". Don't waste your time going there.

I was happy to finally have insurance.. I had an emergency with my eye...The Dr. did not even look in my eye...was facing the computer the entire time...I turned out a very serious matter.. I went the next morning to a real Opt. Dr.. They sent me with an emergency ref. to a eye specialist........ I decided to forgive, and try this place one more time.....well I arrived at 7:55 pm ....No we are closed....SORRY,,,, I knew it would only take 5 minutes to get treated...they could not even be nice about it, and help me find a Urgent Care open at that time..... RUDE, also I felt like they were laughing at me when I left. I was in a lot of pain.. I really wanted to go back and tell them in person but I forgive them. hope this helps you save time .. DONT GO THERE ... By the way I found a great Urgent Care a block away....opened 5-9 pm week nights.. not sure on weekends......S.A.M.

Absolutely the worst place to go. I repeatedly told the doctor of my daughters allergies and yet when she sent the prescription over to the pharmacy it was the exact medication my daughter could not take. The pharmacy tried to call the office but they had trouble with the incompetent receptionist. We had to wait until late in the afternoon the next day before the pharmacist could fill the right prescription. We ended up taking our daughter to the hospital after the urgent care visit because we did not trust the diagnosis from the doctor and I am glad we did because her guess on a diagnosis was wrong.

Every time I go to this place there is always and if and buts about everything they take forever and never try understanding the patient waste of $50

Simply stated, this place is the best. I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy for last ten years. He is awesome-easy to talk to, incredibly professional and intelligent.I feel beyond confident that my health is in the best of hands. I always go here instead of my regular doctor. I walked in at 8 a.m., and walked out at 8:40, with medication in hand. It would have taken me all day to see my doctor, then get a prescription filled. The total was only $78 with no insurance. I have seen reviews that say the doctors are not compassionate. My question is: Why would they be? This is their job-day in and day out. I don't care if I have a wam and fuzzy doctor-just one that does the job. That being said, these doctors are no les "compassionate" than any other doctor I have seen. Get over it.

I have had severe throat pain for days now. It was finally bad enough today for me to come down from Idyllwild after my meeting, and I arrived about 5 minutes before their posted closing hours. However, they insisted that they were already closed and asked what kind of insurance I have. I am currently uninsured, and despite my pleas because of the extreme pain, the nurses and doctor simply stared and told me that they would not see me. They didn't want to do paperwork at closing time, according to them! The doctor did have to leave for another job, but this examination would have taken two minutes. Instead, he left before their posted closing time. The "open" sign was still on! These people are heartless. The nurses clearly weren't in a hurry to be somewhere; they simply wanted to go home and couldn't spare a couple of minutes to examine me and do paperwork to help alleviate my pain. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT COMPASSIONATE MEDICAL CARE.
