This guy who would rather buy parts online is why small businesses will never make it! Of course they are cheaper online, They can afford to buy thousands of the same part! I would be thankful they took the part back since you are the one who thought you knew what you were doing. This store is great and has compatible prices to the big box stores. They also fix what the big box stores cannot.

This place is a rip off. I bought coupling for my whirlpool washer and paid 29.95. I said its ok instead of waiting for it at mail for couple of days if I buy it online. However when I went back home I realized the problem was the gear case so I went back and returned it. I asked if I can return it and they said ok. Then I bought a o-ring to replace another part and I thought it was only around 2-3 bucks but this lady charged me almost 8 bucks for it and I checked online when I got home and you can buy a agitator kit including the o ring for only 11.95 free shipping. By the way the coupling also was only around 4 bucks online. Just want to share my rip off experience with this store. I thought I would save time by getting it myself in a store close to me. Never will I come back to this store again. Will just buy my parts online in the future.
