I just want to say I appreciate the professionalism and time that Naim and Randy took with me to make me feel more comfortable as a new homeowner. I have a termite problem and they are in the process of taking care of it for me. So far they answered all my silly questions and put my mind at ease.Naim spent time and patience with me. Thanks . I just thought i would write my experence with a Bed Bug problem after returning from business travel. First off let me say these creatures are unbelievable they hide with little evidence until the night when they bit us! My wife and I interviewed several companies and decided to use Quest for several reasons. There price was good, they were professional, on time, and offered control & monitoring services, as well as the Bed Bug mattress covers. Perry inspected our home for Bed Bugs and also did a termite inspection at no charge, he gave us the info on the Bed Bug service in writing along with a "Bed Bug Peparation Sheet" and what to do when we travel to help minimize the chances of bringing them home again. That was in January. After two treatments we did not have any evidence of them, however Quest still did a third treatment at no charge to us. We are now setup on a monitoring program for bed bugs. Be Carefull!I used them to do a termite inspection on a house I was buying. They told me I had a serious termite problem and even though they couldn't show me termites, they said it was an active problem.Well, I had two other companies come out and they told me that there were no termites and they showed me the markings where the house was treated years ago.Quest is not honest.
