Be careful, this place charged extra days to my credit card. I have to file a complaint and go to the Better Business Bureau. I am taking my witness back there with me to verify the return on the same date I rented it. This is BAD business. When you steal from customers you don't get return customers.

Took the rental to the agreed return location. I got charged for two full days but I returned the rental car it the same day and long before it was due in. It was two days to get a receipt. And I was shocked to see how a senior citizen could be so taken advantage of. Especially when I rented the car to take my spouse home from emergency surgery. I have a witness who drove my car to meet me at the Hertz HLN drop off. I am demanding full refund returned to my credit card by 5PM today. July 16, 2014. This is theft. The Helena end is to blame. The Missoula people I rented it form were great. There is a problem with the Helena Hertz Agent.
