Recently sent me a letter falsely accusing me not of paying my rent. Letter came in the form of a Fourteen Day Notice of Dwelling Lease Termination For Failure To Pay Rent And Notice Of Late Fee. Notice! I said they falsely accusing me of not paying my rent. I paid my rent. Due to something beyond my control, they misplaced two rent money orders I sent them. Later they found one. They issued no apology and offered no condolences for the inconveniences and stressed they caused me. They still have not found the other money order that I used to pay my rent. In the past, they have falsely accused me and others of breaking smoke / carbonmonoxide detectors. They gave us 5 days to pay them $65 to fix the detectors or be kicked out onto the street. I had to force them to go through mounds of paperwork they kept in order to find a letter stating that residents were not responsible for replacing these particular detectors because they bought the incorrect replacement models. etc.etc.
