      A decline in quality of service and product

      Sadly, I will not be returning to the Helena Hardee's Restaurant. My last three visits have been disappointing. The last time I stopped by, I waited in line at the drive-through for 15 minutes after I placed my order. As I finally decided to pull out of line, the customer ahead of me had the same thought, and I followed her and left the restaurant. During all of this time, no one was visible at the window. Tonight, again at the drive-through, the person taking my order asked me to repeat a portion of it several times, saying he could not understand what I wanted. Another staff member stepped in at this point, and took my order with no problem. When I got my order, I was given no napkin and no straw. The fries were over-salted, the cheeseburger drowned in ketchup, and the milkshake watery. I'm sorry to give up on a neighborhood restaurant, but I can't waste money on poor quality and service.
