I have done A LOT of business with Juli and her crew for the past 10 years or more... both for personal and business needs. They are ALWAYS over the top when it comes to customer service, and they create an amazingly gorgeous product each and every time. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are wonderful to work with. I recommend them each and every time I get the chance.....and NEVER have ANY reservations about it! They ROCK!! Try them next time you need something delivered....you won't be disappointed.

The customer service is poor. They did not address the issue after a plant was dead after a week. They insisted that we bring it to them at their store. They could have just said, yes, we will bring you a new one. Instead they did not want to accommodate. I just felt this was not good service and we will take our business to someone who will take care of our family flower needs. Signed, A very disappointed customer in Helena MT!

I called from out of state to have flowers delivered to my wife in Helena. Was charged $18.00 plus $6.00 delivery fee. This was on Wednesday or Thursday last week. Was suppose to be delivered on or before Sunday Feb. 10th, 2008. My wife still has NOT received her flowers. And my bank was charged immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST!!!!!
