The Department of Public Health and Human Services is one of the departments that that operates under the government of the city of Helena, Mont. The department offers long-term care, child support and individual protection services. Its vocational rehabilitation centers offer job placement, transportation, career counseling and training, and physical and mental restoration services. The Department of Public Health and Human Services also provides various telecommunication programs that enable communication with individuals with hearing impairments.
