Our practice treats the whole person, not just a symptom. Our care coordinator will contact you after a hospital or ER visit to make sure you are okay and see if you need any further assistance. She will also make sure that you understand all your discharge information. Our on-site billing person is here to assist patients with their billing questions or issues. To ensure our patients are able to take the best care of themselves, we offer diabetic classes at our clinic. Same day appointments available!
