They have amazing designs for building houses and the houses there are already amazing and they display a sense of homes, not just houses. The landscaping there is beautiful and you'll be captured into the essence of the subdivision as soon as you go through the front entrance. they have stone walls and houses that are just straight up beautiful. The outsides are pretty intruiging but the inside is amazing whoever built this place had a lot of imagination and whoever built it did something unique because I guarantee you'll never see another place like this. Anybody who's looking for a custom home should check this place out. Apart from all the spectacular buildings it's located on the Little Red River in Heber Springs, AR. MY personal favorite is that it is just minutes away from Greers Ferry Lake.
