- Pediatric CareDr. Cory Seitz is a 3rd generation optometrist who received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry, the same school his father and grandfather graduated from. During his optometry training he completed internships at OC Retina, a prestigious retina practice in Southern California, as well as internships at the Salem, Oregon Veterans Hospital, Lawton, Oklahoma Indian Hospital, and Tucson, Arizona Veterans Hospital. His internships were primarily focused on ocular disease management along with low vision, pediatrics, and primary care. He has a special interest in ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and glaucoma. Dr Seitz was also recently awarded the prestigious "Young OD Of The Year" award for the state of Utah in 2023.

- Laser Eye SurgeryWe work with several experienced eye surgeons in Utah who manage cataracts and perform the most advanced LASIK procedures. At our practice we diagnose cataracts and let you know if you are a good candidate for LASIK. We co-manage with these surgeons by taking care of your pre-op and post-op appointments.

- Eye ExamOur eye exams are full scope and for all ages. We understand that eye exams are more than just glasses and contacts to make you see better. It is caring for the health of the entire eye. Is it getting harder to see in the distance? Noticing it's more difficult to read small print up close? Does glare off of headlights bother you while driving? Do you notice your central vision getting distorted? Do your eyes feel dry or water excessively? These, and many others, are all concerns we address during a routine eye exam. We utilize modern and advanced equipment during the exam to have the most thorough exam possible, such as Optomap imaging.

- BotoxAs Dr Seitz says "there are 4 billion causes of headaches" but some of them are definitely eye related. We have new technology to determine if your headaches or migraines are related to anything with your eyes. We now offer custom Neurolens glasses, this is a new treatment option for people who suffer from chronic headaches or eyestrain. It is an amazing technology that has been life changing for people everywhere. Dr. Seitz is also certified in Botox injections which he initially did to be able to offer another option for migraine therapy for those who suffer from chronic migraines, and also for blepharoptosis treatment.
- LesionsWith Radio Frequency technology Dr. Seitz is capable and certified in removal of certain skin lesions around the eyelids that can be bothersome, such as benign skin tags and papillomas. With this technology he is also capable of doing biopsies for questionable and possibly cancerous skin lesions. Dr. Seitz is also certified in chalazion (stye) removal or injection.
- Physical TherapyVision therapy is like physical therapy for the eyes to help strengthen them. Strong eye muscles are important for eye teaming, good binocular vision, depth perception, reducing symptoms of headache and eyestrain. If you have a lazy eye, an eye turn, or difficulty reading or utilizing hand eye coordination, vision therapy can help you or your child. At this time at our new location we are not offering weekly therapy sessions but still do baseline evaluations.
