Very bad service in the lumber dept. My husband and I both had carts filled with lumber waiting to be cashed out. We waited 10 min. while the cashier struggled with scanning out the customer in front of us. While waiting I noticed 5 employees in the area, one was on his phone, another standing talking to his buddy. The others were rushing around bringing carts in like it was closing time! Our receipt shows we were there at 7pm. The cashier had no help! We spent a lot of money and got no "Thank You!" We proceeded to go out and bring both our trucks around to load up! My husband loaded 40 2x4's by himself as employees walked right by. Meanwhile 100 dogeared boards were being loaded in my truck by two polite young guys,this was the only good experience we had!! This is the only reason I'm rating your store a one star!! Never been treated this bad before in this store! We've always been dedicated to be Lowe's customers until now. Home Depo will have our business from now on!!

lowes in heath ohio is poor on help when you need it. you have to go find it if you need it.i just think that thats really bad for a company thats really good else were. go jimmy johnson and the lowes rasing team
