I've lived in Hearne for many many years. DQ used to be a place where you could easily phone in an order. Since it changed hands; however, you can seldom get someone to answer the phone. I've called to order several times and had to go to Sonic because no one would answer the phone. There used to be a time when the phone was answered within two rings. The word on the street is that DQ now has a philosophy that states that dine in customers are priority and phone customers are not as high a priority. This is sad considering the community is accustomed to phone in orders at DQ. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to phone in. Two weeks ago, I actually went in to the store to pick up my order. Restauarant was empty (except) for the drive thru. The phone rang about 10 times and a worker answers and told the customer, "I'm sorry we're busy right now can you call back in 5 minutes." Can you believe they would do that! I can't!
