We are proud to offer high quality ingredients in all of our recipes. We make our sauces, salads and salad dressings in-house. We feature locally sourced sausages from the Caggiano Sausage Co. in Petaluma, along with a few "imported" sausages from South Detroit and Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Our organic beef burgers are locally sourced from the J Brand Co. in Healdsburg. We pride ourselves in using compostable packaging whenever possible. Our beer selection is primarily from local breweries.
