Our founding attorney, Timothy D. Belt, is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is one of a small percentage of attorneys in Pennsylvania who has demonstrated the skill and experience to receive this distinguished acknowledgement. As a certified specialist, Mr. Belt works alongside our dedicated team providing solutions for clients in northern Pennsylvania who are suffering injuries from workplace accidents, toxic exposure or illnesses.
