The firm was established as Milton Lloyd, CPA, and evolved into Lloyd & Associates, LLC when long-time employees, Edward R. Jacobs, CPA and Mary Sharon Osadchy-Yenchko, CPA acquired the practice to facilitate the continuation of the firm, well into the future.
