I have worked for this company for many years I was trained by the best and I enjoy my job The only problem I have is when one employee thinks he owns the company and lies his way to the top. This person use his position to take advantage of the guards working for the company and the guards are afraid to say anything because this person will use his authority in his position to punish the guard. I know several former employees of Intrepid that quit because of the person. I have seen in the last three or four years since the person has been in the position he is in now , account lost, employees quit, complaints made about him and NOTHING I mean NOTHING done to this person. Barbra , Wister you both need to open up your eyes talk to your employees and find out what is going on. Right now I see this company going down hill where it should be GROWING and it wont grow if you don't open your eyes up and go around to sites and talk to your guards like it use to be when Chief Calabrese was here

they dont notice when they have a good employee thats willing to do anything for them and they wind up puting that employee at the wrong type of assignment for that person and when thet person messes up they decide to fire the person instead of moveing them to a more sutible assignment even when the employee is never late but early everyday on call when needed and never messes up on any other assignment that the employee has ever been on, thats there only downfall other than that they are a wonderful company to have watching your back!!!!!!
