CVS store employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy department however, is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I've been to many CVS pharmacies in NY and NJ dealing with my family's and my own medication needs. The staff is just unpleasant and rude. They act like they are so busy and that you are an inconvenience to them in some way. You can forget about them helping you out with any insurance or script refill problems. They would make me count out my pills and fill my own bottle if they could. With so much competition out there CVS corporate needs to fix this issue asap.
Great Prices but service in the pharmacy lacks tremendoulsly.
