I went to both Staples and Best Buy who quoted me much higher prices and the staples tech tried to talk me into junking my laptop and buying a new one. It has been working great for several months. the technician explained the high quality mechanics of my laptop and why it was well worth repairing not junking to get a new one. the repair cost was no where near the cost of replacing the quality laptop I have.
