This company has done a miss service to us... We made a request to Robert at Oceanview that we wanted to pick up the remains of a friend that we had cremated with the company mentioned above, we didn't feel that it was proper for his remains to be sent to us...When we called checking on him, we were informed that the remains were shipped USPS ...We ARE CRUSHED .!!!!! that a simply request was not honored... we did not want the remains shipped via common carrier. All I could do was ask for a parcel tracking number. It might seem like no big deal to some...but it was to us...

They were very helpful and provided all the services I required. They were able to arrange things on the phone and through email because I needed help within a few days of contacting them.. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. the men who came to the house arrived quickly and were very respectful. There were no added fees and my husbands remains and the death certificates were hand delivered to me.
