They tell you that you are approved for loan refinance even with a bad credit score or no job, because your name was on some list from Gennie Mae. they make you go through process: Open checking account that requires minimum balance and 395 fee for the title company fee. After several weeks they will tell you that you were rejected because you were late on some payment and you loose your $395. New Chase with remodeled branches every where , same old trick on us working people
