Traveling from MI to CO, I needed two tires and an alignment. G&L didn't have my size but called a competitor who sold me two tires. I came back to G&L for the alignment and was very satisfied with everything. I saved face as my 83 year old mother was with me and we were on the road by 1:30 PM. Awesome people here! I would not hesitate to repeat business with them.

We were on our way from Colorado to Oklahoma June 14, 2013, when our AC compressor went out. It was about 4:00 in the afternoon and 101 degrees. The manager (we think) was so very nice. He listened to the noise our van was making and confirmed it was the AC compressor. He asked if we had to make it to OK, but told him we had to make it back to CO before Monday. Even though he knew he wasn't going to make a sale, he told us to stay as long as we needed to wait for cooler weather at nightfall so we could start the trip back. He was knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, nice, awesome. He didn't have to take the time he did to help us. We did make it back home to Colorado Springs. Thank you so very much for your kindness.

Was traveling back from Colorado on vacation when my vehicle broke down. In the process of fixing my vehicle the mechanic accidentally made the problem worse. Yes, it cost me two hours of my time but they were incredibly fair and honest. They could have easily stuck me with the tab for their mistake but they owned it and made it right. If you live in Hays or are traveling through I would highly recommend them.

I had my car worked on at G&L Tire for a jerk in the steering while driving. They diagnosed if for free and called me with an estimate before they did the work. I picked up my car after they called to tell me they were finished and the cost was cheaper than the estimate. The car was fixed and they saved me money. I would recommend them to everybody that needs car repair.
