The rude service people on the phone can't even take an order right. They have huge attitude problem and get angry if you just ask them questions about what items on the menu cost. The manager Tom refused to even talk to me when I inquired as to why my order cost at least 4 dollars more than it did three days ago. They proceed to cancel my order and hung up on me. When I called back to try talk to them they told me delivery service was closed for the day and the manager still would not talk to me. Trust me their food is overpriced and awful, not that it couldn't be good but they seem to have an attitude and don't care about Customer service. The sweet and sour chicken has huge black sections in it and is always burned even if you ask them not too.
