Had the worst experience of my life at this dentist office! The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. On top of all of that, Dr Moon is arrogant, arrogant person. I was told as you will see in the included email, that I would be given a line of credit for my issues with the office, however when I sat in the seat Dr. Moon's tune quickly changed. He basically ask me to delete my honest review in order to obtain the credit. Are you kidding me? That's not what we agreed on as a matter of fact review the email yourself. And if there was a way to attach the voicemails that this dr left on my phone I would in a heartbeat. Trust me when I say this Haymarket and surrounding areas stay away from this arrogant dr and find one that is honest. Because honesty translates to trust and trust translates to quality work.
