Posting the same review I posted on google. Disappointing to pay so much for services and too scared and mad to go back. The first time I went my procedure (Botox) was pretty good. The second time I went I had lips and Botox. It turned into a disaster. The woman that did my lips and Botox shook the whole time, she could not get it right, I bruised horrifically (which some bruising happens), but my lips are lumpy inside, not the shape I wanted AT ALL and most of all it seems there's some kind of nerve damage inside my bottom lip. She had to redo my Botox twice and it didn't help and finally the owner looked at my lips when I went back in because I wasn't happy, and she explained that she thought they looked great. I don't. And The pain hasn't gone away. I've spent a ton of money there and would hope that they would have tried to make things right somehow but no mention of that. And on top of all that the woman who did my lips made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable when I came in to have the owner look at my lips. She insisted on confronting me at the front desk and I felt completely embarrassed and uncomfortable. I have given them a try and many chances...won't be going back here again. I'm still worried about the pain three months later in my lip and not sure what to do or if it will go away as it dissinigrates over time? The owner said they could use a solution to dissolve it but I don't want anymore damage or needles in my lips. Not from them anyway.
