Windsor Gardens Convalescent Center provides assisted living, skilled nursing and Alzheimer s disease care to individuals and families. It offers a wide range of rehabilitation services, such as wound and trach care, bowel and bladder re-training, tube feeding, respite and short-term care, and respiratory, physical, speech and occupational therapies. It also offers various personal services, including community outings, volunteer programs, beauty salon and barbershop, business and banking service, barbecues, resident council, holiday parties and religious services.
