Been waiting more than 7 days for mail that has not arrived. No help from postal service. Mail delivery is the new dinosaur. Every day different carrier? Get it together

The postman delivered a confidential mail to my mailbox that belongs to a different address. I pinned it to my mailbox so he can pick it up the next day. My important mail could be lost if mishandled. Plz be careful!!!!!

This particular Post Office does not have a phone # where we as the people of the community can speak to a physical person. I tried calling for a few days and everytime I called the automated information related to the hours and gave a 1-800 # just in case you need additional information, then the phone clicks and you are left with nothing. I called the 1-800 number they said for me to go back to my post office they could not help. My problem after questioning the mail man and after driving to the post office a few times; I found out that my undelivered mail was returned to the sender due to the mail being re routed to the wrong address. The mail I was waiting for was an unemployment check.
