Founded in 1946, Juan de Anza Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. Its staff includes teachers, instructional aides, specialists, and clerical and custodial employees. The school conducts sessions in bilingual education and offers speech therapy services to students. Juan de Anza Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that supports and sponsors several school events and activities, such as field trips and assemblies. In addition, Juan de Anza Elementary School offers a variety of after-school programs, including volleyball leagues, science adventures and performing arts workshops.
