This was one of the worst places i have been in some time. Long wait to order long wait for food with only two other patrons in the establishment. Dirty floor tables and restrooms. Then to top it off they make your food with no gloves after handling multiple items in the kitchen. I do not see how the health inspection has ever passed let alone how any one would go back

The new management has made huge strides at improving every area of service at KFC. They are open when they're supposed to be and serve hot, fresh food, very fast drive-thru and show great care in taking care of their customers! These guys are doing great!!
In the past, I have had varying experiences with this particular KFC. Sometimes, they are the best, and the customer service is stellar. At other times, they have the same problem other local stores do, terrible customer service and awful service in general. It just depends on when ya get there.For the past month, I have gone at least 2 X a week and asked for a pot pie. (it's a pregnancy craving) They never had any ready. Finally last Friday they said, we don't have any, but we can have one ready for you in 20 minutes. I was pretty stoked and was happy to return 20 min later. To me, that was good customer service.
