My sister has been attending the Harford Center for several months now. So far we have been very pleased with their services. They "appear" to be concerned with the feelings of the clients. The Facility, although a bit outdated, is clean for the most part.My sister has enjoyed going each and every day. There has been one issue that as of this writing has not been addressed. this does cause me some concern. but will give them the benefit of the doubt at this point.All in all a fine Organization.
