Be careful with these landlords - after moving in i noticed a duplicate charge on my bank statement. Turns out they had used the info i supplied to forge a duplicate checking withdrawal slip at my bank. They removed almost $500 from my acct which i m still trying to get back. Also they will take your security deposit. I left the place spotless and undamaged so they charged me $200 (the entie deposit) for a loose refrigerator door handle. Rent is cheap but your neighbors will be all white trash.
