Nestor Biletsky, O.D. is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. He completed internships in various ophthalmology clinics around the Philadelphia area, including the Veterans Affairs Hospital. In addition, he specialized in the area of Low Vision at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. During his internships, he was exposed to the treatment and management of various ocular diseases. Dr. Biletsky also excels in the prescribing, managing, and fitting of glasses and contact lenses. A graduate of MaST Community Charter School and Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in biology, Dr. Biletsky grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, Dr. Biletsky is an active member in the Ukrainian community in Philadelphia. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping. Dr. Biletsky is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He is committed to providing high quality eye care.
