- Primary CareFor visits that require more time such as chronic headaches, chronic abdominal pain, and recurring issues, please call the office to schedule an appointment. Booking these appointments with your primary care provider, who is familiar with your child and their health history, helps us provide better care for your child. Specialty referrals will be made as determined by your provider.
- Emergency CareOutside of our normal office hours, a CHC provider is always on call to respond to emergencies and answer urgent questions. In the event of a perceived life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or take your child directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

- ImmunizationsChildren’s Health Care recommends routine wellness visits for children from birth to age 21. At these visits we will monitor your child’s growth and development, complete any routine screenings, and administer recommended immunizations.

- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)If your child is struggling in school, your school may indicate that you reach out to your provider for further evaluation. At CHC, our providers can offer support and medication for ADHD diagnosis or provide outside resources for neuropsychological testing to help determine any diagnoses. These evaluations will help determine the best supports to help your child's school achievement. We can also assist your family in obtaining Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504s, if necessary.
