Our lease of 2015 Lexus RX 350 was a very pleasant experience. From the fair price to delivery was all accomplished quickly and professionally. We are pleased to recommend Wilkie Lexus Team as a preferred dealer. I have been shopping to lease a 2015 Lexus RX 350 and the best buying and leasing experience I found at Wilkie lexus. Sales Team including Duey and General Manager Jeff Deren gave me the best lease rate in Tri-State. Thanks to the GM Jeff Deren for the deal we could not refuse. I received a call from the General Manager about 10 minutes ago, and he rectified the problem. I was really mortified about what had occurred there. But they were absolutely stand up people the way they dealt with me. It goes to show that, even though the car sales business can be dirty and cutthroat, there are still consummate gentlemen out there and they work and manage Wilkie Lexus.

My wife is interested in ES350 for a long time. We finally decided to buy one to celebrate her recent promotion to manager in a major great Philly pharmaceutical company. Mr. Trung Tran helped us on the test drive last month. He is THE most patient and nice salesman we ever met! He explained all the difference and upgrade for the 2013 model. We were so impressed by his time and effort that my wife told me we definitely will buy one from him, not from any other salesman. We finally bought one with silver/light gray from him a couple of days ago. It is a smooth and enjoyable experience. We definitely will recommend Mr. Trung Tran to our colleagues and friends. As a matter of fact, my next door neighbor has already showed interest in a similar car. By the way, our great experience is not a single incident. A friend of us bought a 2013 ES350 a couple of months ago from him and had similar great experience. The post on 1/16/2013 shows great experience with his brother Mr Duy Tran as well.

Last December we picked up a brand new RX350 for my mother in law, and even though it was Christmas Eve the sales man Duy Tran made sure he took his time to make sure what we wanted, which options and colors, and then came the hard part the pricing! LOL we were introduced to the finance manager Anthony Abato and after some negotiation we were on the same page, and we drove out the same day with a brand new RX350, we kinda felt bad it was Xmas eve and we made them stay late! PS: Their waiting area is very very nice and clean

I was so pleased with yesterday's oil change service, I have to rave about it since I feel they deserved it. Pulled up and a valet quickly took my car to park for me since there were a lack of spots. Walked in without an appointment and bright-eyed young man with a tie gladly slipped me in to get my car done. Meanwhile, I waited in the lounge getting some work done on my laptop with the free WiFi (finally useful). Waited for about two hours since I was there without an appointment which wasn't too bad at all. I went up to the cashier to pay and lo and behold - the price was competitive to Toyota for synthetic. I expected much higher for the luxury brand but I don't mind expecting this! The car came back washed and slightly waxed in areas I knew there were scratches (plus). I also came in with the tire pressure light on (which I forgot to ask about) - now it is gone, they pumped my tires for me. And the interior of the cabin was slightly cleaned with emphasis on the dirty mats I had.

I just purchased a Lexus es 350 from Wilkie Lexus as a graduation present to myself for earning a master's degree and it was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you Jon for the test drive. Thank you Robert, my sales associate and thank you Ray, for accepting my offer. This was the third car I purchased from the toyota/lexus family, but my first lexus. The three of you truly made my day. Without a doubt, if I know of anyone who is interested in purchasing a Lexus, I am sure to tell them about Wilkie. Thanks guys!!

I got an agent by the name of Kristy. From the first conversation she was pleasant, honest and very helpful. She made every effort to find out what my budget was and what I was interested in(unlike the other agents) When I got to the dealership everyone was very friendly and attentive.

I have been servicing my car at Wilkie Lexus for ten years. This luxury dealership by far exceeds any expectations I have. My car is ready when promised every time. I would never trust anyone else with my Lexus other then Wilkie.

I just returned to Lexus after drivng a Mercedes for the past 9 years, and being dissatisfied with the service issues. Robert made the purchasing experience a pleasure, being patient as I test drove almost every Lexus model, delivering the car to my house, answering questions after the sale and being a generally professional salesperson.

I wanted to relay my overwhelming satisfaction with Wilkie Lexus during my recent car purchase. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Wilkie Lexus. Coming from an Acura, I guess I had no idea what customer service was all about until I went to Wilkie Lexus. From the moment I entered their location, I was greeted promptly by their friendly staff. My sales associate Robert could not have been more knowledgeable and thorough as he went over the features of the RX. They had a nice selection of RX's to choose from. The bottom line is.....these folks are true professionals! Lexus is a great vehicle to purchase. But I can get a Lexus anywhere. The agency is what makes the difference.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Wilkie Lexus. A little context first, I purshased a GX from Wilkie several years ago and was impressed at first by how I was treated throuout the sales process. My experience was focused on finding the right car for my family and the sales person and eventually the sales manager helped me accomplish that. I have been nothing short of pleased with the truck, but thats just the start of the story. My wife and I are busy professionals and finding time for vehicle service is never easy. As a result we have taken advantage of Wilkies program for pick up and drop off on numerous occassions. Last week we had a turn signal go out, needed an oil change, and annual inspection (on the due date of course). One phone call and a day later we had a knock on the door and a loaner in the driveway. They took our car in for service and returned it the next day.

Honestly, I approached the idea of buying a new car with dread. However, between our saleswoman and her manager, the process was very smooth if not painless. They told us from the beginning that they would not loose a sale like did a decade before because of price. They more than matched the competition and had the car ready as promised

Wilkie Lexus won my heart away from the BMW dealership I had been a customer of for 10 years. (I won't trash them here, although it's tempting). The people at Wilkie treat you so well. It is easy to purchase a car. Their isn't a bunch of haggling. You let them know your budget and they do everything they can to get you into the car you want at a price you can afford. I live 30 minutes from Wilkie, and they still come and pick up my car for routine service appointments and deliver me a loaner. I am a Wilkie customer for life.
